Sleep like a king
Sleep like a king in the comfortable extra-long box spring beds (2.20 m) of the premium brand Royal Bedding®. The bed width is 1.00 m in the Prince size flats, 1.60 m in the Queen size flats and 2.00 m in the King size flats. All beds have a continuous extra-high mattress for extra sleeping comfort.

Throne Hall
In the "throne room", the modern bathroom, a WC with integrated ventilation, a stylish washbasin and a floor-level shower with rain shower and hand shower await you.

The kitchen
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt, auch mit Selbstverpflegung, benötigt. Bereiten Sie sich z.B. ein leckeres Frühstück mit dem Tefal Toast’n’Egg und brühen Sie sich Ihren Kaffee mit der Senseo Switch entweder mit Filter oder mit Kaffeepad. Auf dem 4-Platten-Cerankochfeld lassen sich auch komplette Menüs zubereiten. Eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion sorgt für Essen in Minutenschnelle. Und damit der Abwasch nicht lästig wird, steht eine kompakte Geschirrspülmaschine bereit.

The living area
After a hard day's work or an eventful day, you can really relax in the cosy living area. The comfortable sofa invites you to linger and with the large smart TV, banishing boredom is guaranteed!

Work
If work is not quite done yet, a desk with comfortable seating is available in your flat. A LAN connection as well as an additional light, where you can also charge your mobile phone or tablet through the integrated USB port, ensure a good working atmosphere. You can safely lock your laptop or other valuables in the built-in laptop safe.
